In the past two decades, based on big data mining and analysis, artificial intelligence technology developed on the basis of computer vision and image processing has become the forefront of global technology development. Major countries around the world have set up professional institutions and invested heavily in development. Big data and artificial intelligence industry, although there is still a certain gap between China and developed countries in the field, the central government attaches great importance to it and upgrades its development to a national strategy, and has formulated a series of plans such as "Made in China 2025". The development of big data and artificial intelligence is very fast. 

Due to the continuous research and development investment of the state and enterprises, the research results are very good, and there is a great trend of surpassing Europe. In order to exchange domestic and international industry development experience and learn new ideas for the development of this field in China, 2021 International Conference on Big Data Mining and Analysis, Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence (BACA 2021) is scheduled to be held in Guiyang, China from June 20 to 22, 2021. Experts and scholars are welcome. And the majority of researchers are actively contributing.

Accepted papers which meet the conference requirements would be published by IEEE and submitted to EI-Compendex, CPCI (ISTP) for indexing.

Instructions for Authors:

1. The article must be in English, not plagiarized, and no more than one manuscript;

2. All papers will be reviewed by 2-3 peer reviewers, and the review period is about 1-5 days;

3. The General Assembly follows the principle of “submission first, first review, 

    first submission” and publishes in batches.
